Sumithra Rajindra is an educator, counsellor, and student success & well-being specialist with over 20+ years of combined experience across education, counselling, and academic leadership, with a professional background in finance & accounting.
As Founder of AR Brilliance, she has successfully mentored and guided more than 245 students and youths through academic challenges, confidence building, career clarity, and personal growth initiatives such as "Cross The Line" and "Pathfinder." She has also mentored 60 young tutors using teaching pedagogy that embraces the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) approach.
With a strong background in student counselling, career guidance, study skills development, motivation, and emotional support — complemented by extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and youth empowerment — she is passionate about transforming lives and empowering future generations.
